- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. However, you may request a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order:

- Provide your Order ID and registered details

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
4. Cancellation by Company
ASCEND MULTITRADE PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment issues or failed transactions
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, customers will be informed, and a full refund will be issued.
5. Important Notes
- Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be entertained
- For prepaid orders, refunds are processed only after cancellation confirmation
