1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product does not match the description
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Conditions for Return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
- Products showing signs of use or damage by the customer will not be accepted
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn footwear
- Opened or used grooming products (for hygiene reasons)
- Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Our team will verify and arrange a return pickup (if applicable)
- Ensure the product is packed securely for return
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected
- If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
5. Replacement Policy
- In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we offer free replacement (subject to availability)
- If the product is not available, a full refund will be issued
6. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges may be borne by the company in case of defective or incorrect products
- For other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount

- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return
