At ASCEND MULTITRADE PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product does not match the description
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Conditions for Return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
  • Products showing signs of use or damage by the customer will not be accepted

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn footwear
  • Opened or used grooming products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your Order ID, product details, and reason for return
  3. Our team will verify and arrange a return pickup (if applicable)
  4. Ensure the product is packed securely for return

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected
  • If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

5. Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we offer free replacement (subject to availability)
  • If the product is not available, a full refund will be issued

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the company in case of defective or incorrect products
  • For other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider
  • If still unresolved, contact us directly
